1. Plugin licence
Shipping Zen is licensed under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 3.0 or later.
2. Guarantee
This plugin is sold and distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but without any warranty; without even the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Shipping Zen plugin is guaranteed to work on a clean and stable installation of WordPress and WooCommerce respecting the minimum supported versions. As the number and variety of plugins is vast, we do not guarantee that it will work with all third party plugins, themes or browsers of any type. We take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, any conflicts or compatibility issues that may arise due to third party software. We assume no responsibility for any loss of data resulting from the installation or use of the Shipping Zen plugin. In the event of a conflict with third-party software, we may provide assistance at our discretion. In addition, we are not responsible and shall not be liable for any loss of data, site damage, site errors, theft, fraud, loss of profits or revenue, loss of business or opportunity or loss of customers as a result of the installation or use of this plugin.
3. Support
The Shipping Zen plugin is sold “as is” and in no way implies that it will work exactly as you expect or that it will be compatible with all third-party components and plugins.
Support for the plugin is only available to those with an active paid licence.
Support and updates are granted for one year after the initial purchase. After one year, the purchaser must renew the licence in order to continue receiving support and updates.
Shipping Zen support and updates are provided as long as Shipping Zen is under development.
Although we try to provide the best possible support, we do not guarantee that a particular support request can be answered to the extent or within the timeframe that the requestor is completely satisfied.
4. Automatic renewal
Shipping Zen is sold as an automatically recurring subscription that renews each year on the anniversary of the date of purchase.
This subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the annual licence period, unless the purchaser cancels the subscription before the automatic renewal date.
Subscription renewals are automatically processed each year on the anniversary date of your initial purchase. The licence renewal will continue and remain valid for each (1) year unless the subscription is cancelled prior to the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page on the Shipping Zen website.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will no longer receive updates and support for Shipping Zen when your license expires.
The renewal price will be the full price of the plugin as published at the time of initial purchase, with a 50% discount.
If you choose to renew your subscription after it has been cancelled and your licence has expired, you will no longer benefit from the discount. To benefit from support and updates again, you will need to make a new full-rate purchase at the then-current price.
We cannot give refunds on renewal payments. We will send you an email two weeks before your renewal date and you can take the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, your license will expire on the anniversary date of your initial purchase and you will no longer receive updates and support for Shipping Zen.
5. Use of the licence
Shipping Zen grants each customer a non-transferable licence (it is nominative) to use the software for internal use.
The customer may not sublicense to any person or entity any right to distribute the software or the license key. Shipping Zen will only provide support services to the original licensee with a legitimate license key, and will consider any other use of this license key for support requests as fraudulent.
6. Automatic updates
Automatic updates are available to licence holders with an active and valid subscription and licence key. Automatic updates are available as long as the licence key generated from the purchase is valid and active.
7. Plugin delivery
Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email with your order number and the plugin download link. Your licence key is available in your customer area when you download the plugin. You can download the plugin by logging into the account created for you when you purchased the plugin and clicking on the appropriate link.
If you do not receive an e-mail containing your information, you can contact us via the site to request your purchase information.
Access to download purchased files again will be granted as long as your licence key is valid. If a licence key expires, access to download the associated files will be interrupted until the licence key is renewed.
8. Property
Our plugin is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our plugin.
9. Content of the Website
All content on this site, with the exception of images and illustrations credited in the legal notice, but including documentation, support requests and any other information, is the property of Shipping Zen and may not be redistributed without permission.
10. Price changes
Shipping Zen reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a plugin subscription and/or license key without notice or consent. The price of the product is subject to change without notice or consent. The price of current subscriptions will not be modified and will remain constant as long as the renewal is carried out, automatically or before the expiry date.
11. Refund policy
We strongly believe in our product and stand behind it 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone at all times. If you would like to request a refund, please do so via site support. For any refund, we ask that you adhere to the terms of the refund policy below.
Conditions of eligibility for a refund request:
1/ You are within 14 days of the initial purchase of the plugin. We cannot grant refunds after the first 14 days of initial purchase, except in the case of unresolvable technical incompatibility (see below). We cannot give refunds on renewal payments. We will send you an e-mail two weeks before your renewal date to the e-mail address you entered in your customer area. You can then use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed. You can also cancel the automatic renewal at any time in your customer area.
2/ You have a problem that we are unable to resolve and that renders the system unusable (i.e. you are unable to install the plugin correctly or force it to perform its basic functions; you have contacted our support team and we have been unable to resolve your problem).
Please note that technical problems caused by third-party plugins, themes or other software will only give rise to a refund at our sole discretion if they occur after the initial 14-day period.
For any refund, we will ask you for the precise reasons so that we can improve the plugin.
Following a refund, you agree to deactivate and uninstall the plugin from your site. The licence will be revoked.
Outside of the 14 day period following initial purchase where refunds are guaranteed, refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. By purchasing this plugin from our site, you agree to this refund policy and waive any rights to subject it to question, judgment or legal action. We are not obliged to cover exchange rate differences between the time you purchase the plugin and the time you are refunded.
12. Email and personal data
You accept that Shipping Zen may from time to time send you newsletters relating to updates, new products and promotions.
We will never sell or publish your personal data to third-party suppliers.
13. Licence agreement
By purchasing this plugin, you indicate and agree that you have read and accept the terms and conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions without notice or consent.
14. Divisibility
If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses of this agreement will remain binding on the customer.
